We want you to be confident when purchasing from TOPDON NZ. Please contact us at sales@topdonnz.co.nz before returning any product.
Change of mind returns
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind returns.
Products that have been registered, activated or had diagnostic software/accounts linked to them cannot be returned for change of mind. Clearance items are also not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Return freight for change-of-mind purchases is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at sales@topdonnz.co.nzwith your order details and a description of the issue.
Where applicable, TOPDON NZ will arrange or cover reasonable return freight costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
Where appropriate, faulty or damaged products may be repaired, replaced or exchanged in accordance with applicable New Zealand consumer law.
Please contact us before sending any product back so we can provide return instructions.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. TOPDON NZ cannot be responsible for change-of-mind returns that are lost in transit before reaching us.
