Shipping Policy

TOPDON NZ ships orders within New Zealand only.

Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

Orders placed on weekends or New Zealand public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Standard courier deliveries: Approximately 1–3 business days to most New Zealand addresses.

Rural deliveries: Please allow additional time for rural delivery.

Large or heavy items: Products requiring road freight may take approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

These timeframes are estimates only. Courier and freight delays can occasionally occur outside our control.

Tracking

Orders are sent using tracked courier or freight services where applicable.

Tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

TOPDON NZ may use different courier or freight providers depending on the size of the order, delivery location and service requirements.

Large & Heavy Products

Some large or heavy products may have specific freight charges displayed on the product page or calculated separately.

Where special freight arrangements are required, we may contact you before dispatch.

Direct-Shipped Products

Some products may occasionally be shipped directly from a supplier or manufacturer.

Where this applies, delivery may take longer than our standard delivery timeframe. We will advise you where a significantly longer delivery period is expected.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply.

International Shipping

TOPDON NZ does not currently ship outside New Zealand.

Orders placed through TOPDON NZ must be delivered to a New Zealand address.
