Shipping policy

TOPDON NZ has the following delivery expectation:

We will use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
3 working days for goods able to be placed in standard courier bags anywhere on mainland New Zealand
7 working days for goods requiring road freighting. Rural delivery can attract a longer time period area.
All products will be couriered to your address by tracked courier. We primarily use either Courier Post  or Fastway as a courier preference; however, we may use other companies from time to time at our discretion

Some of our items may ship directly from the manufacturer and will attract a 10 Business Day delivery period.

International Customers orders will be dispatched within 48 Hours of order and will be shipped by NZ Post.

international destinations we ship to are 

Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Cook Islands, 

As from 27/6/2023 we will no longer ship to Australia but recommend you source your Topdon products from the Australian distributor.
